We've begun a little tradition: Our road song for the day is, "Hit the Road, Jack!" courtesy of Murray.

We left Bishop this morning at about 7 and the weather was nice and cool. We even had to put on jackets. A great change from yesterday heat. It took about 30 minutes to get to the mountains and trees, and the ride was very pretty today. Our first stop was in a little town called Lee Vining. We found a little cafe with a beautiful garden and had a nice relaxing time.

This photo op was also in Lee Vining in front of a general store. That's Ron and Debbie posing with the grizzly bear statue.

We lined up the bikes in front of the cafe. Looks pretty nice, doesn't it?

George's head in the forefront, then Ron, Murray and Chuck placing their coffee order.

The garden was filled with old fashioned flowers, hollyhocks of all colors and several different types of Sunflowers. It was beautiful and so relaxing.

We followed this mountain stream for several miles. There were people pulled off alongside the road fishing.

The scenery was beautiful. Very dramatic mountains.

We arrived in Reno about noon. Had lunch and checked into the Grand Sierra Resort & Casino. A great place! It has a bowling alley, a cinema, an amusement park with mini golf and bungee jumping. You would never have to leave this place!

We had barely checked in and we were off to the local Harley Dealership. They must have enjoyed our group coming in, we all left several dollars lighter.

There was a Nevada Sheriff at the dealership. They must make good on the casinos, their sheriffs drive Harley's.

We all had a nice dinner at the Casino and then off to our respective rooms for a good night's sleep. We're off early tomorrow for the longest day yet, about 275 miles. We'll be in Klamath Fall, Oregon tomorrow night.
